Camp Registration information
Registration for Returning campers is now open!!
How to Apply:
Please read this entire section before applying.
How to Apply Online: Families are encouraged to enroll online for camp. Your spot will be reserved at the time you sign up and you will see what is available!

You will be asked to create an account (an adult in the family should be the account holder).

Next, add children (campers) to the account.

Continue through the registration process. Repeat as necessary for each child you are enrolling.
- If you would like to sign up to do a work grant at camp, you may sign up for one by registering yourself (or the adult doing the work) as a "camper" at the camp "work grant." A week long work grant in the kitchen, as medical or maintenance staff is worth a $475 credit toward your camper's tuition.
- Submit your application and then you will go on to the payment screens where you can submit the $300 deposit either online via Google Checkout or you can send a check. To pay online, read on...
Paying online: After you finish the application process and submit the application, click on the payment link to continue to the online payment section.

Payment Information: We are accepting online credit card payments (application fee, deposit and balance). You can request a payment plan when you register in which you spread payments out over time. You will get a reminder e-mail to make your payments.
As always, you can send a check made payable to Baltimore Yearly Meeting. Please write your child's name and the camp attending on the check. Send to:

Payment Deadlines:

A $50 non-refundable application fee and a $250 deposit is required when you send your application. The deposit is applied toward your total camp fees.

The balance of camp fees is due May 15th.

We do not collect any payments at camp. You need to have paid in full in advance or be on a payment plan.

Withdrawals of accepted applicants after May 1 will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Payment Methods:
We accept online payment for all camper payments (application fee, deposit, and balance).

When you pay online with a credit card, you may set up a payment plan to assist you in paying the balance before the start of camp.

We believe that our programs work best and change lives most profoundly when campers are able to return year after year. We are also committed to serving children within the Baltimore Yearly Meeting. Because our camps fill quickly, your prompt response is important. We try hard to accept as many children as possible. Directors reserve the right to deny acceptance to any applicant.

Deadlines: A $50 non-refundable application fee, and the $250 deposit are required when you apply. Enrollment will be open at each camp until the camp is full. Please pay any balance due by May 15th. We will not accept payment at camp. Withdrawals of accepted applicants after May 1 will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Medical Forms and Parent Handbooks: Camp handbooks, medical forms, equipment lists, and the like will be sent to enrolled campers, and are also available on-line.
